This is a very special upload! This is my cursed sketchbook. I've been trying to finish it for years, I've finished other sketchbooks in between but always ended up putting it aside. In October/November last year I set out to finish it and I did it in February! It has studies of other artists, studies of photographs, wordbuilding, doodles and a bit of my personal journey over the years. I hope you find it interesting!

I challenged myself to make two-page comics as quick as possible. This ended to be around an hour and even if there is a LOT to improve it has been a nice learning curve and has shown me that I can, actually, make some short comics!

Yesterday was D&D day! So of course it was Tysris's drawing session. I explored a bit the shape of her face and hair, and I dared with a bit of colour in traditional (which I'm always a bit afraid of messing up the drawing without scanning it) but it came out well!

I think blonde doesn't really suit her, so I'll make her a brunette.

Extra drawings of the pesky rats we killed (yay! that's the thing about being lvl 1!) and Tysris wearing a dress, which is something that happens every twenty years or so.

It's been a while since I've played tabletop RPGs!

It's been a while since I've played tabletop RPGs! And I've had the chance to find a great group to roleplay with. So here's my new character (and a bonus npc), Tyrsis, a dwarf paladin. I didn't remember how much I loved exploring characters while playing, really like some of the sketches i did!

(And yes, this dwarf lady has at least some great sideburns and maybe, in the future, a beard 😛 )
